Philosophy
Halvorson and Partners considers you to be one of our Partners. We consider our job to be engineering your needs. Most of the time that means engineering in the usual sense, but sometimes it means engineering around your schedule or engineering to keep your facility open while the work is done.
Our partnership with you will require good communication. We want to know what you want - what you really want and not simply what you think you want. We'll talk with you a lot about that. We will keep you informed of what we're doing, why we're doing it, how the answer looks so far, and when we'll be done. We'll tell you if something is starting to go wrong and how together, we can work around it. We'll tell you when there is more than one way to do something, because there usually is. When we're done, we'll check to make sure that our answer really meets your needs.
