completed

The expansion and renovation of Wieboldt Hall involved constructing a new four-story structure above the existing building and connecting it laterally to the original 1920’s Gothic structure. Extensive investigations were required to confirm the building’s structural strength and ability to support the expansion. The exterior limestone cladding is preserved and supported with a simple concrete encased steel structural system.
