This 1.75 million sf mixed-use development, located on an eight-acre site on the north side of Roosevelt Avenue east of the Chicago River, combines residential, retail, theater and parking facilities including a 44-story residential tower anchoring the northwest corner of the property. Since this project involves multiple architects, has many different functions, and specifies steel, concrete, and post-tension concrete structures – coordination between design teams is key to the success of this large, complex project. H+P continues to collaborate with the design teams on this development.
