Construction is underway for this 1.75 million sf project, located on an eight-acre site on the north side of Roosevelt Avenue east of the Chicago River. This mixed-use development combines residential, retail, theater and parking facilities including a 44-story residential tower anchoring the northwest corner of the property. Since this project involves multiple architects, has many different functions, and specifies steel, concrete, and post-tension concrete structures, coordination between design teams is key to the success of this project. HP continues to collaborate with the design teams to make this development a reality.
