HP is teaming with Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture to design this complex of three linked supertowers, which extend over 600 meters and are connected at the base and by occupied sky bridges. HP is optimizing the opportunities of structurally linking the towers to create a mega-structure system. Studies are underway to optimize the sizing of linking elements in relation to the tower elements. The 800,000 square-meter mixed-use development will be directly accessible by both land and sea at its base.
