H+P teamed with Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture to design this complex of three linked supertowers, which extend over 600 meters and are connected at the base and by occupied sky bridges. Optimizing the opportunities of structurally linking the towers to create a mega-structure system, H+P devised an efficient concept for the super tall complex. Special studies focused on addressing wind issues, optimizing the linking elements in relation to the towers. The 800,000 square-meter mixed-use development would be directly accessible by both land and sea at its base.
