Challenged with the task of completely rethinking a massive and underutilized production facility, Gensler and H+P worked together in this renovation to determine the proper elements to salvage, restore, or demolish. Through creative design and innovative engineering, this once empty factory will now become a vibrant multi-purpose building with offices, cafeterias, play rooms, and outdoor spaces. The result will be a LEED Platinum office which respects the original factory function, but highlights Radio Flyer's vision for the future.
