Challenged with the task of completely rethinking a massive and underutilized production facility, Gensler and HP worked together in this renovation to determine the proper elements to salvage, restore, or demolish. Through creative design and innovative engineering, this once empty factory will now become a vibrant multi-purpose building with offices, cafeterias, play rooms, and outdoor spaces. The result will be a LEED Platinum office which respects the original factory function, but highlights Radio Flyer's vision for the future.
